You own the home not the land it sits on. This process is regulated by the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003. This act of the Queensland Government provides you with continual tenure when you purchase a manufactured home.
If you have sold your home and have the money to purchase, this could be the perfect place for you to live. You rent the site from "Gate Way". The site rent includes all Council rates and charges and all cost of lawn mowing, garden maintenance of the common areas and maintenance of pool, and bowling green.
